I've lived in Alaska for about a year and a half, it is very beautiful here but I still miss my home. For the first fifteen years of my life I lived in Portland, Oregon. I Lived in a semi-poor neighborhood that was shaping up with the help of the community. Most of the population were black, the opposite of Alaska. My grandparents are getting old and we moved up here to be close to them before they go, so we rented a truck and a trailer and drove through Canada to go live in Alaska. The ride up sucked because we have three cats and a dog, the roads were slick, there are moose and buffalo that we almost hit, and our car caught on fire. When we first got there, we lived with my grandparents for the first few months and I had friends in that neighborhood from previous visits. But, we needed a house and soon we found one, and hey, there is one kid in this neighborhood that is my age and the dogs never stop barking. There is almost no one besides my family that I can relate to up here, I come from a blue state and moved to a red. It seems like whatever I am is the opposite of what all the kids at my school are. I'm used to being the only white kid in class, so it feels so weird here. Everything the teachers are doing and teaching is so much more different and harder than what I was learning and its hard to have to catch up with everyone so quickly. My dad is starting his own business called Acuman Property Services, me and my brother work for him and get seven dollars an hour, however he doesn't ask us to help him much. My dad has gone back to Portland for a friend's birthday and it makes me jealous, even though I know we be going back to visit soon. Nothing awsome is currently happening, though I have made a few friends at school who are pretty hyper active, demented, creative, loud, and cool. I may seem a bit pissy, but thats because I am.

STUFF...
- Me and my family do Chinese firedrills frequently.
- My great grandpa's cousin is the creator of Pixar. I was very close to his mom, Aunt Jewel, who recently passed away.
- I'm completely unaffected by others physical pain and gore.
- I've had fifteen cats at one time.
- I only fell down two times the first time I went skiing.
- I'm scared of basements. I never go downstairs, even at my house.
- I have horrible hearing.
- My pinky toe is broken.
- Babies and old people seem to love me.
- I have my own cat named Zenna. She is usually evil to everyone and thing except me.
- I am a happy emo < biggrin . I don't cut, I don't act emo. I goof around and I'm easily entertained. Its just the outside, you have to get to know me. <3
