Actually, I think I found something close to getting a white scarf.

If you buy an item called a pixie, one of its poses have a white scarf like position. They cost somewhere between 20 and 30k.

Theres also an item called "guitar of angellus".One of it's poses kinda looks like a white scarf(It's a little easier to see compared to the pixie scarf thing I think). It costs somewhere between 90 and 100k.
