Ragady looked up.
"Ja, sure. I will give Master Scarecrow your message." she responded simply. She did not really care for the colors, but she figured they would fade eventually. She turned, returning to the sheltered darkness, her wires falling down about her form.
"What a complete waste of time." she muttered to herself.

Ragady eyes the cards, but did not take them, backing up instead, her razor wire moving just a bit more forward.
"You'll have to forgive me for not liking that glow." she remarked calmly, but her aura rose through the room as a warning for his temper.
"And further for not being interested in such a boring idea for a card game. A game that does no involve any form of skill is no game at all, after all. At the very least, not in my opinion. So did you come here to play games, or did you actually have something important to do?" Ragady asked one more time. She was not exactly the kind to waste her time playing card games, or any other form of games for that matter.

Ragady raised an eye brow, "accidentally" dropping her cards to reveal all twos.
"Well, I can't say I am exactly surprised. It would make sense for a cheat to be associating with the Joker of all people. Was there a point to this event?" she asked, as if suddenly bored. In actuality, it was mildly amusing, but no need to admit that just yet. ell me, why are you
"So what is the real point of your visit?" she asked, moving casually over to take a seat on a board of wood held up by her wires almost like a swing, crossing both her legs and arms, but placing her left index finger to her temple gently.
"It can hardly be for a simple card game. So tell me, why are you really here?" she asked, once more on guard and ready for her wires to act.

Ragady considered his words with a frown. She was more than used to people speaking with hidden meanings to their words. If he sincerely meant for a war, more than in the terms of a single game, well...not such a good idea. No matter. She drew the first card, tossing it forward with a look that said, 'fine, I'll humor you.' Two of clubs.
"Now what?" she asked with a mildly bored tone. Ragady, after all, very rarely let anyone know what she actually felt.

The Joker fell and cursed under his breath. "Oh, but Gambit, you do need me. We are the perfect team. You'll follow my orders simply because you feel compelled. I am irresistable, you know." He looked at the knife and slapped it away. "What are you tryin' to prove, junior? You don't know how to use one of those." He stood, brushing off his jacket. He walked around you, examining you. He tapped his foot, extending a blade from his shoe. "Let's not get too frisky. We practically just met. I'll call you at say..." He looked at his wrist, there was no watch. "In twenty-five minutes. Tootles." This time he simply idly walked in the direction he was going before.

Ragady, however, did not touch the deck.
"I know a girl who likes to play games. She always says it to be a normal event, and as the game progresses you find she can turn anything sinister. If you lose, she takes your soul." her green eyes glanced up at him,
"Tell me, I do not suppose you have any kind of intentions like that, now do you? I can't imagine you are the kind to simply play a game and not have stakes involved. You go by the name Gambit, after all." she evaluated, again looking him over with suspicion. After all, Ragady had not servived all these years by being a trusting individual.

Ragady eyed the card suspiciously. She would not admit it, of course, but bright lights (other than fire or sun of course), just happened to be one of the few things that hurt her.
"Sure, I see no reason why not. As you can see, and as I am sure you know, we are both quite recovered by now. It was an amusing match, fur the both oft us." she tilted her head then, eyes cold, you could almost say dead. The wire about the entire room began to shift and move with her aura, just as a reminder that it was there.
"You are in my web, however, and flies would do good to remember the spiders about..." it was a simple reminder using her favorite metaphor, that if he tried any tricks she would not hesitate to slice him into pieces. After all, Master Scarecrow was not here this time to tell her not to.
"I can not say I have played many card games, what are the rules?" she asked, actually interested, though the interest only sparked in her eyes for the smallest second before they dulled again.

Joker the Super Sane

The Joker looked at you and grinned crookedly. "Gambit, I knew you'd come around!" He heard your advice about the Stitches situation and his grin widened. "Oh, but of course your advice has a massive effect upon my decision. Because you told me not to get involved, I will most definatly involve myself. And what the heck, you can tag along!" He took the card and stuffed it into his coat pocket. "I believe this is cause for celebration. Come, LeBeau, and we will rule the world together!" He put his arm around you and laughed wildly. "But let's not get too ahead of ourselves, we're still only friends. We gotta go on our first date!" He pulled out the Joker card you had given him and swiftly scribbled some directions on it with a pen he had pulled out prior to the card. "See ya' there!" He threw the card in the air and ran the opposite direction, laughing all the while.
