If you didn't even click on the popup except to close it, you're definitely fine.
If you're still worried, you can use a keyscrambler (assuming you use Firefox) so the keylogger won't be able to tell what you're typing.

From what I hear, MSE is one of the best choices, so if it says there's nothing there probably is nothing. Or are you sure you have one or something?

There's not really any way to just look for it without some sort of software. You could do a clean re-install of Windows using recovery disks or something, but I don't think that's something you want to do. I'm sure there's some good anti-virus/anti-spyware software you could download, but I don't know how to do it without downloading anything.

Thanks scruffy! I can't really say "how long" it took me to learn CSS, since you never really stop learning. How fast you learn really depends on how much you practice and who you are in a learner. You're off to a good start! One of the things that helped me learn originally was answering other people's questions; I would go out of my way to find the answer for them, and in doing so, would find the answer not only for them, but for myself. Of course, that was a few years ago, but it's still a useful method today. smile

It's just so creepy, and I'm almost to a point I wouldn't put it past her to try using a car to hurt him.
Since that's usually how stalkers progress when not stopped.
