Hey, I've been on Gaia for a while now and have a couple different accounts, all of which have different "feels" to them - so I use them each depending on my mood.~

Mr Rook Report | 03/09/2012 3:11 pm: Thank you for the pointers, it is much obliged. Er, grammer rules...hm...it's basically like English but it has its own set of characters and minor tweeks. For example, the letter Y does not exist, there is no past tense, Ck is pronounced as a Z, the use of contrations and conjuctions do not exist(no or,and, but, yet), E cannot go before the letter A, when talking about plural nouns the S is replaced with -ti and 's is replaced with -ru. I am and I'm do not exist, and there are no double letters in a word(ex. bottom would read botom in English. I originally created it for a book I was writing bu I gave up on it awhile ago, now I just use it for the fun of it. Trutao is Rytain for thank you.

That being said, I want to learn French...even if the tool I'm using has inaccuracies. I don't have to money to take actual French classes yet so I figured that I learn by reading it and identifing words. Simple enough answer, I suppose. Yeah, about Rytain...I actually just made it up. Not on the spot, it's a project that I've been working on for about five years so there are words to it. EX. "Nuta 'n lancc" means under the table. I was just testing you; when people tell me that something I know they don't know, I go along with it. It's a bad habit. The internet is a tool and I'm using it.
