Ohh i was nervous too. But my older sister and her boyfriend came with me on the first day. Since i didn't know anyone, i was glad not to be alone. Especially since i'm a bit shy when i first meet people.
And now, i'm used to it, and it's quite fun. It's not as strict as in high school, and you can do almost anything you want.
It's much bigger than my high school though, and i still get lost now and then xD

You wanted to know how to pronounce 'sois'... you probably asked somebody else by now, but it's pronounced like ... hmm ... I'll explain it this way :
The "oi" is pronounced (more or less) like the 'wa' from 'water'... and only the first s is pronounced. We don't pronounce the last s.

There's only one christmas tree, and we only decorate the dining room + the sitting room + the hallway and stuff ...
Plus a few shiny decorations outside -^^-
