Especially the smaller bands. G-zas made only 4 maxi singles, few PVs and that was it then. At first they seem to have the spirit but when they realize that it isn't so easy to get to the top, they quit the game.

I don't listen to oshare kei at all, that overly cute stuff gives me nothing but headache. Some of the new bands I listen to have already disbanded, so yeah... I have a curse of some sort - if it's something new and I start listening to and I happen to like it, it'll disband. Happened with G-zas and now Dali (I don't believe in the hiatus-status, they're going to disband - why else would they put out a best of-album?).

Same here. Almost 90% of new vk is something I don't like - they've become mass, so I have high standards. I pretty much count on Kisaki's taste, because most of the new bands I listen to are on UCP.

Yes, I do listen to them as well. I'll listen to almost everything when it comes to old visual kei, unless it's a damn small band and I haven't been able to find anything from them. As far as I know, NeiL is a good band.

Well that's good, we happen to share the same favorite member then, heh. Malice Mizer was never my thing, even now I can't get the point of their music, it's too... artistic for my tastes. Dir en grey - I was their fan for a while, but it's passed now, probably for good if I dare to say so. But my first visual kei love was and is still Dué le quartz. Now there we have a vocalist that almost no one likes because of his voice (except me).

It's a shame people don't listen to them a lot - back then visual kei was in it's purest form imho. I notice you like Madeth gray'll - it was one of my first favorite bands and it's still important to me. Who's your favorite of them? :3
