I figured you would get it. :3 Thank you, thank you! Ha ha. We really want to get an FHA renovation loan and fix up a bigger older house. We have found two we like, and we know they would take a lot of work. But I have a fantastic discount at my job that would help out a lot.

Work. From about February to August I go from 38-42 hours a week to about 55 on average. So it's always an adjustment. I work, then sleep. biggrin Also, we've been looking into buying a house.

I believe that cap is 250

I did see that, you're quite lucky to be able to buy Gaia cash items, they sell for a lot of gold on the site.

And yes the prices for certain items are getting quite out of hand, so many items on my wishlist are now out of reach.
