Ummm...it's a newish game on adultswim.com. You have to go around and try to do what the mayor told you to do. The problem is your character isn't all there so you see things...a lot of things. If you jumps on those things you get points. Throughout the game your sanity goes down and you have to collect these blue smiley faces and every time you use them your sanity goes up again. If you don't ration them or get through the game fast enough your sanity is lost and you lose the game.
You should play to see what I'm talking about.
