I am happy to hear that your stress has lessen, that is always a good thing. Congrats on having your roomies move out. I bet you can't wait to move into your new place, good luck on the move, I hope that it will be a smooth move for you. My hubby and I are actually looking for a house to buy in San Diego. It is a bit of a pain because we are somewhat buying blind, we can't go to San Diego right now to actually see the houses themselves, so I have to ask my parents to see if they are willing to check out the houses for us and to send us as much pictures as possible so my hubby and I can make a decision on which house we want and make an offer. My cell phone bill is going to the roof this month. AAAAAHHHHH!!!! Other then that have you seen the second season of Junjo Romantica yet? I was only able to see about four or five episodes, I need to watch the rest of them soon. ^_^

Hi Taka-kun, what have you been up to? How are things with you? Nothing much right now, I think I told you that we moved from Florida to Virginia, right? Well now we are going to move from Virginia to California in the next 3 or 4 months. Man, it has been quite a year, I wonder how the rest of the year will be. Any thing new happening with you?
