My problem is that I don't put forth any effort really (in gym I do) and I'm a lazy a**.

I also make determinations that last about am inute before I saw "Nah, not today".

Not being active for 16 years is bad for the body, but I am active in gym, so that doesn't really apply to me.

Yeah. I also promised my dad that I'd have a better body before December.

I made that promise in June.

SO! I looked up online on how to get ripped lean abs, and I found an online guide!

It's called Truth about six pack abs or something or other.

I must work out and eat right if I'm going to get anyone to notice me! (guy or girl, but more perferabbly guy)

We're not doing much over on this side. Just gonna hang out with the insane relatives we never speak to unless it's a holiday and get our asses fat off of good food.



I am not fat, but mind you I may come away from this a few pounds heavier.



Which is why I must exercise during this period of time!!
