My recommendations are:
Jigoku Shoujo (there are three seasons)
Jigoku Shoujo Futakomori (second season, I'm halfway through)
Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae (third season)
Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni (HIGHLY recommended)
Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Kai (second season)
Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Rei (third "season" of 5 OVAs, last one due out this month)
Excel Saga (if you like random loud nonsense and funny stuff xD)
Soul Eater (Did you ever watch that? if so, sorry for repetition. If not, go watch it now. I haven't finished it, but it's great.)
And, of course, Umineko, but it's definitely not finished yet. We're up to 6 episodes now... 7 on Wednesday. :3 It's fantabulous. It'd be better if you've seen Higurashi first though. And that's my number one recommendation. If I think of more later, I'll mention them. razz

Umineko No Naku Koro Ni... It's the shizz. From the same people who made Higurashi. Episode 5 should be out early tomorrow morning I think! It's the anime adaptation of a visual novel. (Like Higurashi). I lurve it.
