I don't personally have clitoral piercings, only clitoral hood piercing, but.. No, in general, you wouldn't get desensitized by it. There's always a risk, of course, but it's tiny. Most girls who gets desensitized has probably gone to a bad piercer, someone who doesn't know exactly what he's doing.
