Using big words like 'radiance' to a girl is not exactly this century... it mightve been romantic in your head, but not gone as planned. Telling someone that theyre beautiful is a good thing, but keep it simple. Not TOO adult. Youre in college, so this is the best years of your life. If she cant see you for who you really are, then find someone else. Someone else always comes along. Next time try using simpler words like "I like you because youre a nice person," or "because youre funny, smart, beautiful." IDK, just be yourself but keep it simple.
