History:
Rai McLovin' is a Minor Police Detective, a GPD Advanced Artillery Inspector, and a GPD Combat Defense Captain of Gaia, 5 Barton 001090. McLovin' has been known to complete impossible missions (MISSION IMPOSSIBLE!) successfully. McLovin' has been protecting the world of Gaia for a few years now. He also has been titled Grand Master by various fighting leagues because of his outstanding status.
One day, the new shipment of fire arms and other equipment was delivered from the PDFA (Police Department Future Artillery). McLovin' was called in for inspection. The full metal alloy boxes that were just shipped contained new battle gear, weapons, and accessories. After opening the alloy boxes, there was a small alloy box from the In-Justice League. McLovin' opened the box. What he did not expect has unsealed the unassailable fortress of forever, the space time continuum converter, a small device that converts negative electrons into positive electrons. He closed the box.
He ran to the UOL (Unidentified Objects Lab). He reached in for the converter. Carefully, he placed it on a 1960's continuum projector, which was used in NASA for use of Time Travel, which was never heard from again. The device unleashed a black hole. McLovin' couldn't take the velocity pressure of the black hole and was sucked in like a dust particle sniffed into a dirty nostril.
McLovin' woke up at the Barton Lion Fountains. He just experienced what no one has done before, Time Travel. He went back one second in time. He ran back to the lab. The box, the space time continuum converter, and the continuum projector, wasn't there. It's like nothing ever happened one second ago. He looked through the security tapes, no one, not even McLovin', entered the UOL. He continued research.
While in the lab, McLovin' felt energetic. He was wondering if that the energy from the black hole did any effect on his molecular structure. He tested his DNA, urine (EEW!), and hair follicles. He found over triple the amount of electrons than a normal human would have inside his body.
McLovin' discovered his superhuman abilities soon after the discovery of him having 3x the electrons he had. After a few weeks in training, he developed superhuman speed. Then he discovered that he was running so fast, that he could manipulate time, also known as forward, rewind, pause, and play, or Time Travel. When a human reaches the superhuman speed and time travel state, it could be used for teleportation. And with his laser vision opticals, he obtained Speed, Time Travel, Teleportation, and Laser Vision.
The electrons in his body was soon to be detected as negative electrons. He couldn't stop the negative electrons from controlling the positive side of him, so he robbed the GPD and stole the new suits, weapons, and accessories. He had to do something with his powers, so he became a villain, a treacherous villain.
