Some is bought... some through random events. The collar and chain is for completing the 50% correct song in the Promagedon, Hell level. The cuttlephones were from my aquarium, the Bone scythe from the cash shop, I have an extra i think if you want it. The Heartbreaker Ball and chain is one of the evolving items, got it relatively cheap off the market place.
