Oh, the trees don't give out Gold anymore? Well, it's normal. *shrug*
Oh yeah. When you catch some bugs or pick flowers, you can use them to do some new items. With bugs, you can do some ink (and with some ink (+ some Gold) you can do a tattoo). (What Tektek does say about inks: http://www.tektek.org/gaia/list_game.php?show=ink ) And as for flowers, you can do some items, such as bouquets (if I remember correctly sweatdrop ). You can do the exchange in different shops around Gaia - If you'd like to exchange your bugs for some ink, Durem Depot is the place to go. And as for others, I can't remember at the moment. (It's a shame that I have a memory of a dried trout. x_x) sweatdrop

Teehee. Towns is a good way how to get some Gold. However, I prefer the Marketplace - Buy low, sell high. xd
