You're experiencing some burst of emotions all over the place. Remember, everything is temporary, that includes the negative emotions you are feeling right now. You just have to allow to to flow through you, do not let it dwell. Acknowledge how you feel, let it flow, and let it go. Everything is going to be okay, buddy. Trust me.
