I looked it up on DeviantART
and basically chose a background image to put in where the IMG code was, because everything else was too confusing
Examples and stuff you can find on tektek and over google
I can't really explain how to do it, because there's all this coding and it would take forever to explain sweatdrop sorry
Try DeviantART they could explain it I'm pretty sure...
