Well, she's probably a good example of a Gyaru based character then.
It's a whole like thing of its own. xD
Just like the Japanese greaser style (That I can't remember the name of to save my life... Something with a B... Bon-something I'm wanting to say.)
Funny story on the girl I dated that was into that, she's the one that got away I suppose you could say, i wasn't thinking and I was being stupid at the time. xD

I do recommend looking it up though, the clothing styles are pretty cool, and they have pretty make up.
