Hello my name is Sango. I'm a sixteen year old Demon Exterminator [aka taijiya]. I used to like in the village of Demon Slayers with my younger brother, Kohaku, my demon cat Kirara [pronounced Kilala], and my father who was the head of the village. My village contained some pretty powerful people who's mission was to destroy the youkai [aka demons] from different villages [including our own]. Life was going pretty well until one day the best Demon Slayers of our village were called to slay a spider demon that was destroying the village. However the person who brought us there was Naraku. He had tricked them to come and possessed Kohaku to destroy the taijiya who were there with him. When I concluded that the man giving orders was the one behind Kohaku's possession, I went to attack him. Kohaku then threw his chain scythe into my back and the man then ordered his followers to shoot them down with arrows. Before his death, Kohaku snaps out of it and I crawled over to him and laid with him until he died. I passed out at the time and everyone thought I was dead.





Meanwhile at my village, my father's people were being slain by vengeful youkai because there were few to protect them all.
Shortly after I was burried I woke up and emerged from my grave. When Naraku noticed that this occured, he took me in. He told me about what had happened to my village and told me that Inuyasha was behind it. I became furious and vengeful and I wanted to kill Inuyasha. Naraku then sent me on a mission, to kill Inuyasha. He sent a one of his demon puppets with me and he gave me a jewel shard to put in my back to ease the pain of my still bleeding back. When I found Inuyasha I immediately attacked him with my best attempt. Lucky I wasn't in full strength because shortly after the attack I caused with him, I found out that Naraku had been using me and that he lied to me. Since that day Naraku has been my most bitter enemy. After I was nursed back to health by Kagome, I joined the group so I could get revenge on Naraku for what he had done to my family and village. In return, I revealed the truths and secrets of the Shikon Jewel Shards to them.
After this Naraku places a jewel shard in Kohaku's back to keep him alive and turn him against me. He had erased all of his memory and told him to kill us all. He used Kohaku to toy with me and make me do whatever he pleased since I contained the trust of Inuyasha and the rest.
When we all started to get closer, I gained feelings for the lecherous, womanising, perevrted monk Miroku. I didn't think that he had feelings for me until one day he proposed to me and promised to marry me after we slayed Naraku. In return I promised I would bear twenty of his children but only if he stopped womanising.
My weapons include the Hiraikotsu [a giant boomerang], my katana [my sword], various posions and gases, my fight skills, and last but not least Kirara.
