"Hey, that may even do a good thing. Liberate a youkai's pride. A youkai is a fierce, blood-lusting creature who massacres human villages. But as they get forgotten, they revive here, Gensokyo. But by the laws of non-lethal-danmaku, that "youkai's pride" begins to isolate by days and days, until the host almost forgets completely about it. Only by unleashing great power, adredaline being at its maximum, or be released from the danmaku law, it's inner instincts will revive for some time. A youkai that does not pass through this, will soon get calmer and calmer, losing power eventually transform to one of the weakest youkais or a mere human with "accesories" such as ears, tails and or wings. Keep that in mind. Right now, Cirno, Letty and even this "Malice" are releasing their "youkai's instinct". They may be bothersome, but events like this help a creature, from demons to fairies, to release their instincts and their urge to do something "exciting" will fade away. but of course, events such as the Kurayami's fight went way too far, as no youkais really unleashed their feelings, and that Aya got almost killed... Seems the saing "No pain no gain" didn't apply on that one. but don't forget, a faairy can even beat you, or a god. Or even me, in their instinct state. But tha's why us, mikos, exist here: no only to gather faith, but to contorl this beasts, and finish their "non-lethal" killing spree. Have a chat with 'em. Cool them off. Never underestimate your enemy, nor yourself" Reimu grabbed some air after her long explantion, put her hand on Sanae's shoulder and smiled "Never forget that. Now let's go and kick some youkai's butt" she smiled gently
