I highly doubt it. Even if he did have shadow clones they wouldnt be of much use. It takes alot of chakra to maintain them that not even Kakashi has. He said so himself.

sasuke has the sharingan so theres no limit to what he can learn
-Chidori
-Rasengan (he had it as naruto did it so chances are he knows it now)
-Dragon flame Jutsu
-Phenix flower Jutsu
-Shadow replication Jutsu(i bet he learned it also)
and Orochimaru is teaching him

sauske is da man! all those konoha girls are gold diggers and he knows that so thats why he does bother with them, Neji has only 2 dam jutsu and he can see around him WHOOPY DEE DOO (i mean just turn around DUH)and when he ativates his byakugan those veins make him look retarded ,if anyone is gay its neji he can see through guys (gai's) cloths i give him props if could last a minute against sasuke or gaara
