In one of your posts you stated that the fee would cause less people to put their items up for sale. Wouldn't this just lead to an increase in price due to the decrease in supply?

I thought sending a message would be nicer, as not to flood your page with anymore negative comments, not that my message will be negative necessarily, but it's friends only... thus the comment instead.



I could copy and paste the entire thing in this message if my mouse weren't screwy, and I don't want to send a mile-long comment, anyways.



If you could please go here and read the couple things I've posted (if it's not already there, they should be on page 36), and respond to them I'd be really grateful. I'm not sure the staff there are thinking about the affect this will have on their REAL business and the site's actual economy.



I did say some possibly offensive things, but I'm aggravated and feel like I'm not being heard. However, I know that a lot of people are upset and it's hard rifling through everything and being able to respond to everyone. And I know a lot of people are saying the same things over and over.

Many people think that the Gaia market is completely different than a real market. Gaians are thinking of a completely different market, they are thinking of a market that sells items and knick knacks (from what I observed)

They dont realize that the gaian market is more like a stock market, where stock inflates and deflates, where you have to decide when is the right time to buy or sell. The MP is just a simplified version of that, but a version of that nonetheless.

It's pretty sad that greed can turn so many people against another, one of our own, but I suppose that's life. Know that there's a lot of Gaians out there (myself include) that appreciate your work, though!

Question:about the 2% deduction in the marketplace,if someone say as for an example sells an item for 1g and 2% of that gold is deducted,the seller would receive 0 gold then. i suggest there should be a limit on how cheap you can actually sell an item ranging from 5-10 gold at least.

You're the one responsible for this new atrocity, I'm glad now we now know who to narrow our eyes at.



You dance around and ignore the actual problems this new fee poses in your thread.

You may be an economist but I guess you've forsaken your real Gaian spirit.

I hope the rest of the staff realizes that implementing something that 90% of the population hates is only going to hurt Gaia.
