Well..i refuse to be bi-polor....but im fine with it right now...i'll live...and well I don't know how to tell any adult....or where to begin

lol yea, well like I have so many people I talk to and all...but nothing in me or anything seems to be diffrent....but like lately i've been getting sad alot and like real fast sometimes...my friends are worried and some are pushing me to go to my mom and take me to the doctor. Like i'll have mood changes and sometimes there extreame. I don't know how to tell my mom since I rarely speak to her with stuff like this, and well I'm just thinking its hormones

Well I don't useally feel like that. But ugh! I'm not supposed to be sad on my birthday. I got yelled at earlier, nothing big. Since I never really get into trouble/yelled at i always cry and feel sad...so like i already felt like i was doing something wrong..and then you confronted me and it just made me feel worse....
