I feel like cold turkey may shock you so just cut back then stop. I know people who quit cold turkey and they were miserable for a month, but then it got all better!

Haha, when you start exercising, you'll realize how bad you need to quit.

Trust me. You will feel like your lungs are collapsing on you. I don't know this from personal experience, but from lots of people telling me.
