i have several things to say, but firstly, your ninja has mentally disturbed me to the point of killing cute and innocent kittens.......in sooo many cruel and inhuman ways. You do have some pretty good and unique ideas that i do admire, the blood type jutsu. but all this crap about the 3 godlike wolves, and the 4 different cloning jutsu (which you only need one of), and these swords that can control the very essence of time, space, and life itself, and many others. You have too much jutsu, and many other excess jutsu and weapons that you do not need. Realistically if your ninja were to get in a battle, he wouldnt be able to win. Not that he isnt over-powered enough or anything, but that he "knows" so many jutsu, that he wouldnt be able to perform them fast enough (or perform them at all) because he would forget the correct handsigns. And if you argue the point that, "he wouldnt forget, he has all them memorized" then your ninja is literally an abomination. Which is a bunch of really good things all molded together to create something ugly and useless. And to also demonstrate your lack of creativity, you use the name Uchiha, and Huygga. Come now, your ninja is a combination of the two most cheap, over-powered, and annoying characters on the show. It isnt annoying enough to watch sasuke and neji be 10x stronger than every other ninja. Oh now, you just have to mold them together. You should create your own name. Make something for yourself. I highly encourage focussing on the blood type jutsu. You have a good idea, now expand on it. Dont linger in the useless power, focus on what you have individually. I'm only writing this message to see if you improve your ninja, and how you improve it. I hope you make the best of it.

seriously, no offense, but you should try to make ur own justsus and ur own story line for a ninja, not copy a bunch of stuff from naruto. i like it and all but it needs a lot of work.
