Yeah, it's slowly getting resolved. The city's barricades are being torn down, about all the infected have been wiped out and cleared out, and a vaccination is being worked on. ^ ^;

Don't worry. Heather here is completely harmless. These infected, although resorting back to primal instincts, show signs of human emotion. Though those emotions are usually anger and hunger, Heather here mostly shows what she did when she was "Human": Shyness, sadness, and timidness.
