Yep, it can be up to 4 player co-op with the unused characters controlled by AI. The other cool thing is it has an AI that monitors player skill, progress, and other stats to determine if there what zombies to spawn where and in what quantity. If you stay in one place for too long (in addition to other things) it decides to send a swarm of zombies at you. The actual term the game uses is "horde."

Yeah, I've been playing it on a friend's console so he's been playing it almost nonstop since the last time I got to play it. In other news, one of my classmates got me hooked on Left 4 Dead. It's an FPS survival horror by Valve and it is fairly addicting.

Haven't gotten that far, I just made it to Azgard. Part of the problem was that I hadn't realized that you could use healing items in combat and switch characters.

So one of my friends here got the second Tales of Symphonia and I was playing it while he was doing homework... it was interesting but getting killed and then realizing you forgot to save for the past hour is really irritating. >_>
