Who the hell is Rin?

Rin here!

Some of my favorite activities: listening to music, RPing, writing, and reading books, manga, facfiction and webcomics.

I sail competitively with my family over the summer and there is nothing like it in the world. Sailing is probably where I am happiest - especially when I share it with those close to my heart.

I dance to anything and everything - not professionally mind you. Not even close. I just like getting lost in the music. Yeah, yeah, I know, I'm being cheesy again. xD I don't know how else to express myself! Back off!

Also: if you happen to see me while I'm absorbed in reading, don't bother trying to get my attention. You'll fail.

I have so many friends that I care so much about that telling you about each of them and doing them justice would take the rest of my life (which I'm not willing to give; big plans donchano?). So I'll settle for sending a shout-out to my sisters. LadySolaris and Verthanthi, thank you for all the laughter, the tears and all the rest of cheesy cliché that comes with being my best friends. You'll never know just how much I appreciate it. I love you.

I hate the idea of being unable to understand someone. Therefore, I love languages and am currently taking two: German and Spanish. I hope to learn all the major languages of the world by the time I die.

When I am upset or sick, I usually sleep or go wandering.

Band is the most amazing thing in the world. Playing my flute has a calming affect on me, and I love marching. It's ambition, hard work and just plain screwiness mixed into one big happy family. Usually. xD Hail to Pitt! I'm so glad I found you guys.
