OMG, I know exactly how you feel.
I've been so stressed lately, but I had a good cry so I'm feeling much better ^^;
We're actually learning about stress in Life Management this week (a coinkydink, no?).
Today we got to do this breathing exercise and three of us actually fell asleep :XP:
LMFAO!!!
That is the funniest I've seen in a long time.
