Since I tend to keep real life in, well, real life, my journal is mostly for fandom-related material. Real life does, however, ocassionally show up. In fact, that's been happening a lot recently. I also enjoy rambling about my random thoughts on life and existence in general. I'm a ponderer, after all. Aside from that, though, here's what you're likely to hear me rambling about . . .

Fandom: J-rock. Also known as Japanese rock. I am an utterly hopeless fan of Hyde and have dubbed myself a Hydeist as a result. I like to talk about him and I like to use him as an inspiration. Basically, I kind of worship this man. I also like L'Arc~en~Ciel, Miyavi, Gackt, An Cafe, Alice Nine, Gazette, Dir en Grey, and SOAP. But in the end, it's all about the Hyde love, everybody.

Other Notable Fandoms: Final Fantasy and Supernatural, which I don't believe need any explanation. These are the only other fandoms I've been dabbling with in general, even though I've watched a lot of shows and have a lot of favorite movies. I just don't participate actively in many fandoms.

I also squee over vampires and pirates. Very, very much.
