Its funny that everyone things it is dyed that way.
My hair was actually bleached.
I would used colored hairspray to dye it whatever color I wanted it that day.
It takes an hour with someone else's help to do the rainbow mohawk.
You have to do it in layers using paper so they don't mix much.
If I dyed it like that it would like like vomit the next time I dyed it.
The colors would not match up properly.
