A poem bout child abuse. My name is Lucifer. I am three. My eyes are swollen I can not see. I most be stupid. I most be bad. What else could have made my daddy so mad? I wish I were better. I wish I weren't ugly. Then made my mommy would still hug me. I can't do a wrong. I can't speak at all. Or else I'm lock up all day long. When I'm a wake I'm all alone. The house is dark my folks aren't home. When mommy is home I try and be nice so maybe I'll get one whipping tonight. I just heard a car. My daddy home from Charlie's bar. I heard him curse. Then my name is called. I press myself against the wall. I try and hide from his evil eyes. I'm so afraid now I start to cry. He finds me weeping. He calls me ugly names.He says it's my fault he suffers at work. He hits and slaps me. He yells at me more. I finally get free. I run to the door. But he's already locked it and I start to bawl. He takes me ad throws me against the hard wall. I fall to the floor my bones nearly broken. And my dad continues with more bad words spoken. "I'm sorry." I scream. But it's to late. His face has been turned into a unimaginable shape. The hurt and the pain. O god have mercy O please let it end. And he finally stops and heads for the door. While I lay there motionless. Brawled up on the floor. My name is Lucifer. I am three. Tonight my daddy murdered me. Now I roam the underworld to help those in need. I may have seen evil but I am not. And if you read this and don't pass it on I pray for your forgiveness. Because you have to be one heartless person to not be affected by this poem. If my parents continue to beat me I'll never know. But all goes to show you. If you copy this poem because you have nothing to do, then the same thing that happen to me could happen to you. And for you people who were affected by this poem do something about it. So I ask all of you to do this. Please pass this message IF YOU ARE AGAINST CHILD ABUSE!
