That's what I wonder all the time gonk I think it's because it's healthcare and to be a healthcare worker, each person has to take a specific exam for their field. sweatdrop It's kind of annoying but I guess it's a way to determine qualifications.

I hope so! Before I can start working though, I need to take a national licensing exam so I can actually practice as an OT under regulation. But, exams are never fun and my motivation is quite low right now. sweatdrop

Awww, well I hope your dad is doing well and staying healthy!

Hmmm, how do I explain this simply? Well, OT's look at your ability to engage in every day activities (occupations) that you do. This can includes basic stuff like getting dressed or eating, all the way to getting back to enjoyable activities like video games or riding a bike. Basically, OT's help people re-engage in activities that they lost due to injury, mental health status, etc It's a pretty broad field but I hope it'll be fulfilling once I'm able to start work.

Husband's passing a bit bearable. I can actually smile now and I've been doing my workouts every morning at home. Not a fan of going to the gym and all that.
There has been a lot of things that happened this year for sure.
Oh I work in a bank here in the US now and it sucks that we are open for walk ins. Had to wear masks, clean my desk every after client visit.

how's working from home for you?

What were you racing?

Oh yeah, 2020 has been an utter shitshow honestly. I've been pretty good. I finally finished school last year and have been taking some time off. Nothing really life changing has happened besides getting on and off of antidepressants and going to therapy. sweatdrop Oh, and I guess getting my masters.
