My wish someday is to dream with you
A never ending dream to show you how I feel
A sleep of eternal dreams I’m turning off my eyes to
Come and visit you and us join together as one to feel your
Face and warmth makes my heart soar in the air
Wouldn’t it be nice to dream
Mist in the moon light the sky creating a performance
With the stars as they light up the path while I run toward your way
There is a break of dawn within the rise of the sun
Wet blades of grass shifting swiftly left to right rubbing
Up against my ankle sending cold chills up my spine
I’m getting closer to you almost there in your arms
As I run I see you running toward me as the sun
Sends us a gift showing our love by painting a picture
In the sky to symbolize how much I care for you
When we reach each other you hold me in your
Arms making me want to melt like soothing creamy
Chocolate running down a river stream
We hold hands looking at the plains
Watching the clouds pass creating a collogue
With different shapes, sizes, and animals of all kinds
It’s like being at a zoo getting to meet the “King of the Rock”
You tilt your face to mine, looking into your eyes making a
Trance telling me not to leave you
As the sun sinks in the clouds and stars begin to
Poke-a-dot the sky we take our last few moments
Under a tree as I lye on your lap and you rub my head
Like a kitten I start to slumber trying not to let the flame
Dye out I give in and sleep I hear you singing to me as the melody
Covers me up like a blanket
My body awakens to what I feared life, there wasn’t any
Magic in this man made dungeon and worst of all you weren’t
There to comfort me if, I had stayed asleep five more seconds
I’d still be in your arms if, I had stayed asleep for five more seconds
I’d still feel your love if, I had stayed asleep for a little longer
We could have shared our feelings forever
