Protagonist and main character of the 'Are You Alice' game and manga, Alice is a young man whose memory is entirely gone. He arrives in Wonderland with his name being the only thing he seems to be able to remember. Alice has no idea how he came to Wonderland, nor what his goal was in going there. He's soon found by the Cheshire Cat, a playful and puckish male who leads Alice down an alley, then swiftly abandons him.

Alice is attacked by a young woman, whom at first he assumes is just a normal girl. He eventually learns that these creatures are called 'Regrets', and are the spirits of the past failed Alices. Alice himself is given the title of 'The 89th Alice in Wonderland'. His job is to take part in a game to kill the White Rabbit. He is the only one who can do so, according to the Queen.

Fortunately, Alice is not alone. He has the Hatter as his bodyguard, though the two clash often, they eventually start to warm up to one another. Alice goes through several trials, meeting the Dutchess, the Duke, and various other Wonderland characters. Yet the more he stays in Wonderland, the more his forgotten memories come back, bringing unpleasant realizations with them.

Later in the game/manga his title changes to 'Probably Alice'. He's deemed a hollow child by the few who closely interact with him. Alice himself wasn't brought to Wonderland by the White Rabbit, like those before him. It almost seems as though the Cheshire Cat is pulling the strings, the mastermind behind a dark tale.

Despite his stubborn nature, Alice begins to care for the people in Wonderland, even the abrasive and borderline antisocial Hatter.
