her knee was bad and it messed up her form and if she continued it would really hurt her or bother her but when she gets older her knee would of been ******** up like her right knee twisted inwards when she lifted or something like that >.< and i was going to do weighlifting this year but by the time i joined it was to late >.< i got caught up in band lolz and forgot to go the the meeting >.< lolz but im taking it next year but i might have the same problems as my sister >.< cause im duck footed lolz and my knees are pointed inward a lil bit causeing my ankles to turn out >.< like if i put my feet together toe to toe heel to heel i cant bend my knees at all >.< its so funny cause i got yelled at in band alot cause i couldnt mark time with my feet together >.< lolz

lolz kewl yeah my sister was training for olympics and was supposed to go last summer in china but she dropped out

hehe my sister was benching 215 freshmen year >.< 245 10th grade >.< and then she dropped out her junior year cause he knee was bothering her and she rather walk then lift >.<

lolz ok >.< yeah i still have to laugh cause im the champion of slaps >.< like i let them have the first hit than i wipe them out in one hit >.< and the first time i played that game with eric my wrist crack so now he calls it my weapon >.< lolz and i had to laugh cause he was in my advisement class which is every wednesday and well he joined the wrestling team and they were in the weight room and he was looking at the wall of records and he saw my sisters name as the #1 for benching and cling n jerk and he was like O.O u dont think they are related do u and he asked me if that was my sister and i told him yep and he like sunk in his chair man was it funny >.< haha i dont look my strength >.<

yeah lolz but they finely gotten threw their tiny lil pea brains that im not that girl anymore >.< so lolz if not i just yell at them and they listen >.< haha they all know not to get me mad lolz haha my ex eric learned that the hard way but most friends online are safe distance away lolz
