oh I'm good. the superman movie was awesome I've been kind of addicted to slushes at sonic because the weather has been crazy. it's been 94 today but looks like it's going to rain soon.

The music was awesome. lol they did this one cover "pink polka club" that had everyone in stitches. and I was insanely happy. yeah it's been hot and dry up here this week 94 in the shade today I'm just hoping s**t doesn't burst into flames this year. (though it usually does when it gets like this. Aww the new pup will figure out house rules quick. I find most animals are like me. Generally affable and food motivated.

yeah goat needs to be slow cooked a long time in heavy sauce, like a curry or a jerk, to get rid of the stringiness and reduce the gaminess. it sure is a pretty day here. not too hot and there's a polka band tonight biggrin

well watson the cat, needs brushed daily because of his long coat, and he's really social so he needs a person to play and to sleep near as well as feed and water him. we had so much fun. Picklerita slush is a slushie at sonic that combines pickle juice and lime juice and little boba balls full of pickle juice. it was fun but wasn't as good as the cherry limeade that sonic does, but trying new things keeps you young. I hope you find an opportunity to unwind.

When I'm scared of something or know something will hurt I get it out of the way fast so I can be done with it. It really helps. Sorry about the long delay. I was away from the 22nd-27th cat sitting. it was awesome but I kind of went radio silent for a week. Now I'm feeling really recharged biggrin Oh Sonic has a picklerita slushy that's calling my name tomorrow biggrin

I had a ton of tooth pain and had dental insurance no one accepted. finally this really good clinic opened behind the hospital and they take my insurance and I feel so lucky. I too avoid doctors but my dentist and hygienist are so good.

dentists are awesome. I'm seeing my hygienist, Mickey, tomorrow morning and then I have some filling with my regular dentist on tuesday. It is so good to have a dentist.

Oh I'm feeling pretty awesome. I went out dancing on saturday there was a really good band in from the seattle area. They were so dorky and it was exactly what I needed. Band was called Whalien. sort of a funk ska jazz thing with songs that go on for 10 or 20 minutes. by the time it was over I'd danced for like 4 hours, sweated out all my pain and stress and the mile walk home was ridiculously peaceful. I'm glad your therapist has been giving good advice. People deserve to be happy. Especially nice people.

yeah making friends is hard. I mean I socialize but I stopped even trying to get people's info to plan to hang with them again. I forget what age they said but it's pretty young and after that stop making friends and you have fewer and fewer friends until you die. Just looked it up. average age 25. and 20% of people who aren't neurotypical and 18% of people who have poor health have 0 friends by age 40. That's pretty scary sounding, But that's just statistics real life you can make a friend out of the blue at any age. Like that movie The Intern, with bobby deniro and that lady with the same name as Shakespeare's wife.

fun I was going to go to a craft fair today but my apartment complex is doing heavy maintenance this week and needed me to move everything off the carpet for a carpet service tuesday. so that ate up my whole weekend.
