Haha....but you know....there is a high demand for chemists nowadays. I don't know whether it is because everyone is getting more stupid or what, but if you were a chemist I bet you would get a job right out of school. Not so much for me. A lot of people want to become optometrists so it is getting pretty competitive. I will most likely have to wait a year or two before a spot opens up. That sucks. But I suppose I can't go back and change my major now. If I do manage to get my bachelors degree in biology I could do a lot of things in that field besides becoming an eye doctor. But I am not sure what I would WANT to do. Hehe

Haha... I was never really into chemistry. I mean, I took it in high school so you would think I would do great in this class. But the teacher moves so fast in lectures that all the students are basically forced to learn the material on our own. I thought high school chemistry wasn't that bad. However, in college chemistry I am dying! The teacher says that she can't let up on the assignments that we have to do because then she "would be a bad teacher and we won't make it in the next chem class." That is ridiculous the amount of work she assigns us. Doesn't she know that most students are on a full-time school schedule? I honestly don't know how I am going to make it with all my other classes. I seem to be neglecting them. I actually don't have school today since my calculus teacher canceled the class. But I am going to school anyway to see him because I don't get my homework at all. It is a long drive, but if I don't learn this stuff now I will fall behind in both chemistry and calculus! Hmmm.....if you like chemistry so much, you should think about using it as a profession. It would be fun to do what you love, you know? I have actually thought that becoming an art teacher would be fun. It sounds like something I would enjoy for the rest of my life. However, it doesn't demand much respect from others. Although I would get all those benefits from becoming a teacher, I wouldn't exactly make a lot of money either.

So how was the art museum? I have honestly never been to one. Haha...anyway, yay! Your creative juices are flowing again! I wish I could draw....but I cannot. Chemistry is actually the only insanely hard class I have. I am also taking statistics, calculus, and world civilizations. But by far, studying for chemistry has taken almost half of every day! My teachers are starting to pile on more work. All of them. So now I have to figure out a plan that will allow me to study for all my classes and pass all of my classes this semester. It seems impossible. But when I think about it, a lot of people are taking way harder classes than I am. So I just have to suck it up and deal with it. Even if it means sacrificing my appetite and my sleep! I am sure college will be fine for you. I mean, it is supposed to be hard (unless you become an elementary school teacher or something). I have thought of changing my profession so many times this semester. After starting chem, all I could think is, "would I really want to spend the rest of my life with this stuff?" But I can't just let one class phase me. I gotta keep going strong!

Wow, I didn't know that you listen to Jason Mraz! Haha....anyway, it is good that you are getting more artistic lately. I haven't. I haven't had nearly enough time to start doing anything. School is a bummer. I can barely eat because I am so stressed. This whole first week of school I felt like throwing up. The workload is too much. And on top of all that, my stress is leading me to hair loss. I hate all of this. But I suppose that is what I have to do to get into the medical profession. I am trying my best to relax right now. But it is impossible when I know I am behind. AND IT IS ONLY THE SECOND WEEK. I have been feeling like this from the first day. My immune system is going to be so weak by the time this semester ends!

Sharks....eep! Haha. I am afraid of sharks. Well, I am afraid of all animals in general. EVEN YOUR DOG. Maybe because your dog has sharp teeth? Most likely. But yeah, I don't like thinking about sharks when I'm in the water!

You are lucky to be able to swim. I have almost drowned multiple times. I should probably learn, but it feels weird learning at such a late age. Haha. I mean, when little kids go take swim classes it seems normal. But when a college student goes because she doesn't know how to swim? HOW AWKWARD. But I suppose I am an awkward person. So when did you learn?

You watched part of the Olympics? Wasn't that bad, was it? Haha...I like watching men's swimming. Why, you ask? *shifty eyes* BECAUSE I AM A GIRL. Hehehe...just joking. I probably like it so much because I cannot swim. I actually almost drowned a couple times in my life. It was scary. I always thought all that "watching your life flashing before your eyes" was fake.....turns out that it is not! Haha. Well, the first time I didn't think about anything in particular. But in my most recent close-to-death experience, I thought about...everything in those couple of seconds when I thought I was going to die. I have no idea how, but I did! Can you swim? Haha. You probably can. You are a kid of many talents. A risk taking ninja. Ho ho ho....I even like to go into water anymore because it is too risky!
