Well it all started a few years back when I first joined this "wonderful" little forum, back when most of the twits on this site didn't even know what a shadow demon was. When I first started RP'ing, I'd play as a shadow demon named Perisus (Duh XP), and of course would do things like fading in and out of the shadows, manipulating the shadows of rooms, objects, and living things, so on and so forth. At the time, I was THE ONLY person doing this. Months later, EVERY LITTLE DIMWIT on Gaia was mimicking a trend I had started without even realizing who it originated from. I started it, and I'm still the best at it. Remember that.
