oh well yeah soy milk is still a lot better than real milk, but yeah i dunno it's supposed to be really good for you and like help women in pari-menopause or something..lol i dunno i can't remember. I also heard that like too much soy is bad because even though its really good for you it like messes up the balance of your nutrition if you get too much which is easy to do so bad news for vegetarians/vegans =/ lol



oh yeah about the yogurt I was mostly joking. Its probably real my mom thinks its probably Greek yogurt with a bit more sugar..? Yeah i can't imagine them adding fat to yogurt! There have been many things that are healthy on their menu nobody's forcing anyone to get a big mac, and super sized fries and coke! That's why its all the more insane that ppl sue them for getting fat!

ick! I hate soymilk, i mean I've drank it before and it doesn't make me puke but i still hate it! All fake dairy products are gross. I could never be vegan.. [=( Sorry cows!] I used to eat yougurt with my cereal for years, its very yummy if you mix the right flavor combo's ..strawberry seems to go with everything lol. But lately it gives me stomach aches..exept Mc Donalds yougurt which i love..It makes me wonder..is it real yougurt LMAO It did always seem to delicious to be true!..maybe its like 40% custard LOL

LOL No I wouldn't think so as long as you like all those things, but since milk makes me litterally puke (and I'm not even lactose intollorant) I would puke blended or not LOL

I think the basic idea of how to do the hat thing is pretty simple it just takes a lot of patience and practice...which i didn't have. Well I didn't have room either, But actually I think one part might have been "Movie magic" with wires..not sure I haven't watched it in a while.



yes her breakfast was repulsive but I Love her for it!

Oh god I LOVE the way Sam does EVERYTHING!!! If I had a perfect romance it would be exactly like that! Why can't I be in a car and look out the window and see Johnny Depp in a tree? Oh well...I AM madly in love with a guy who can do things just as odd and talented as Sam, but he is by no means a Sam and he is just a freind..not even a close friend...but He did balance a huge a** X-mas Tree on his chin this X-mas..though i only saw pictures. =/..He's pretty cool.
