The coloring really is nice on the head, I understand you wanting to keep it. And I have tiny hands too! So I understand c: But just remember that there's a fine line between personalized character appearances and deformities xD Sometimes it's really hard to recognize them after staring at a drawing for a long time, but the best thing to do is to tip your drawing upside down, or on photoshop make a new canvas and paste the drawing in there upside down. It's so easy to spot mistakes that way!
Still, much better than most in the arena! <333
