So, Yamamoto Hajime...
Let's see...

Well, since he's the leader, you could have one nickname be Yamamoto-sama
I'm not sure how clear you are on the honorifics stuff, so, 'sama' is like a step above 'san' (which is like mr./miss., used when you first meet someone or are unfamiliar with someone). 'Sama' is for someone who commands a lot more respect or for someone who is of a high rank, of nobility, or just a pompous a** who wants people to address him like that but is ignored anyway.
Another obvious one would be Hajime-kun/san. 'Kun' is a mostly male honorific used by friends and the like, and 'san' was already explained. This is the most obvious nickname (and it's fine to include both kun and san in the nickname header for it)
Next you could try a silly one, like... Jii-chan(or san). It's funny because the way one addresses an elderly person is very similar to this. So it's almost like calling him 'gramps' (obviously taken from the 'ji' part of his name). Could be funny also because he's short, I guess? It's like, he's addressed like a little old person... so many jokes could stem from this >3>;
Another that would just be a shorter form of his name could be Haji-kun... you could say it's reserved for those who are closer to him. Whoever he actually considers to be a friend or something like that?
And the last one I can think of would be Jiji-tan. This could be something used to annoy the s**t out of him. Adding a suffix like 'tan' to the end of one's name is something stereotypically done by and for cute schoolgirls. So taking his name and turning it cute could be fairly entertaining xD (Oh, please use this one, 'Jiji-tan, Jiji-tan ~' see, it's funny, right? And he could just fly off the handle and try to tower over the person but fail 'cause he's short...)

Anyway. Sorry for the overly-long-and-rambly explanation there. Hope it help anyways ~ 8DD

Nakamura Hajime
Arai Hajime (I like this one ;D )
Mochizuki Hajime
Yamamoto Hajime

All of these are pretty common last names
Pick something and then we can do nicknames >8D

'Kay, well. To tell the truth, the colours should be based off the picture
Try goind here and putting in the image url, it'll pick out main colours so that your colour scheme matches the picture nicely.
As for the nicknames, that's dependant on his personality. What's his first name? I can help you pick the last name and sort out the nicknames.
