Oopsies, that's right. I forgot to rate your avatar last time. Okay, here goes. I like the purple theme, very nice. The inner tube is kinda funky, but I think you can make it work. I might recommend that you find some kind of flowy skirt to possibly layer underneath it? I'm no expert on avatars, so I can't really think of too many suggestions. Perhaps a G-LOL bruisemistress skirt? Eh, that might be too dark and clash...Hm...If you have any silver-themed tiaras, crowns, ribbons, bows, or background sparkles (or the like) you might be able to spice it up a bit, but beware of clutter. (Ack, sorry for the run-on sentence).

I don't know if that helps at all, but that's all I can really think of at the moment. ^^;

Of course, I'm sure that you're looking into a school that holds educational excellence over prestige. As long as you put your heart into, you will get an excellent education! =3

Mostly lack of money, and I missed the deadlines on a whole bunch of scholarships that I really could have used - Pretty much my own fault. Considering that my community college only goes for two years, I figured that I'd go there for two years (tuition is super, super cheap there) and then transfer to an art-specialized school after that. Hopefully, a school in Chicago.

Ugh, it greatly upsets me as well. The school wouldn't even let us have an official 'art club'. D:

Although I did have enough credits to graduate and such, I felt very overlooked in my needs as a student. I did well on my ACT/SAT (average, healthy scores, with above average scores in english/literature/essay prompts. Funny how they pushed us to have so many math and science classes, yet it didn't make any difference as that's the field I scored lowest in. Bah!) Still, my school really didn't promote the fine arts nearly as much as they worshiped their sports teams. D:<

True. I was unable to take as many art classes when I was in high school because the state mandated that we needed more math and science classes. What they didn't keep in mind was all the students who wanted to take band, art, and theater classes because it was a possible career choice - like me. I'm going to be a high school art teacher, and I'm still sour that my school tried to stifle my creative options. All they cared about was their stupid football team.

MM...Yes, it is working. It's a tad grainy though, which irritates the heck outta me. I'm going to see if I can commandeer my boyfriend's one, which is a really nice new HP.

Yeah, hopefully things will get better soon. I'd probably have to write a book to explain all the crazy things that are going on right now. It's super-irritating that all these things started to happen *after* I promised people art. I feel like such a jerk for taking so long. >.<;;;

Okay, and I'm sorry about not updating. I've started school again, have had to take care of sick family members, have had scanner problems and all these other random obnoxious things. I feel really bad about it, and I'm super sorry for not sending you a PM about it. D:

And thank you, I am feeling better already, although I do need to take some pretty strong prescription painkillers to feel OK. xDDDDD

And no. The closest were the lowered horns, which are the only horns that go down, but they were light brown and way too big and clunky.

Congrats! I finally finished. Good job passing me! My computer is ancient and runs slow! I wonder why he changed it from 5 to 3 people!?! That really stinks. I might suggest to him that maybe he could still give something out to the 4th and 5th person, like 50k or something. It's alot of work answering those stupid questions! Especially answering the same question 5 times. If he didn't want to pay 5 people, he shouldn't have posted 5! Anyways...I've seen you in Rainbow Stickers thread! Have you been in there lately, I myself haven't been in there in a few days...working on the 1000 questions and all!
