If you like a lot of rape, sex and sadism, then this is definitely the game to play.
Guys can end up paired with either Lusca, Jose, Durer, Evan, Vallewida or Shion (an unlockable character) at the end.
It depends on what route and choices you make. But there's a help guide for that online if you need it.
He also has sex with other characters along the way.

People don't rate avis that don't have ref pictures. Sometimes they even rate them 1 star for not having one.

Actually, the manga of Junjou Romantica is Yaoi. It's only the anime that's Shounen-ai.
