I have trained for years, studying for endless hours throughout the long nights. I have earned my Cape of Endless and my Wand, of mighty oak with a core of a scale from Leviathan.



I am training to become the High Cleric of the Goddess of the Moon. I will server her until my very last breath.



One day I was trying a new spell, which was my first mistake. In my arrogance and my need to prove myself to the gentle goddess, I thought I would be able to call Pegasus. I spoke the words of magic perfectly, ‘Propinquo Mihi Pegasus, Volatilis Unus!’ I felt the magic surge through my body, my blood burned with the power of the Summon.



A bright light flared in front of my eyes, forcing me to close my eyes. To bright was the light, forcing me to close my eyes. When I opened them I saw….



Nothing, absolutely nothing



I was furious with myself



Then I felt it on my head. I looked in a mirror and saw…



A baby Pegasus on my head asleep.



I need to study so more.
