_______________8_____________________here is one of my poems i wrote. this one was wrote on April, 29/30, 2007 around midnight on sunday. i got no title for it yet. but here is it:A cool breeze upon my skin,
I lay in bed, window open.
I get up to look outside,
A storm i see to my surprise.
The smell of firewood lingering in the air,
Along with the smell of rain which would soon be there.
Against the horizon flashes of light,
They call it lightning, god what a beautiful sight.
Eagerly hopeing,
The world would get a good soaking.
Closer it comes, yet still not here
I wait for it, anticipating its cold wet tear.
Louder now comes the thunder,
But not yet shaking the ground with its mighty wonder.
Brighter now the flashes of light.
Almost blinding my night vision sight.
So beautiful the storm
Yet so dangerous you should be warned.
Minuetes passes,
Lightning flashes.
Thunder rolling,
Rain roaring.
With sleep long, forgotten,
I stand and feel the temperature slowly dropping.
Suddenly it starts to pour,
Rain so loud its hard to ignore.
Streets glistening with the skys tears,
