I'd have to say that my dad is a lot like your mom to some extent. My mom on the other hand is kind of overly nice lol. But she has this thing where she loves giving me commands. It annoys the hell out of me.lol I wish I could tell my dad "screw you" without an arguement starting up. x3 That would be great. LOL I'm the same way with my stubbornness. That's really weird. o.o

That's really too bad. I say you shake your sister and tell her to snap out of it and patch things up. lol

Yeah I'm with you on that one. If they can't accept you for who you are then they aren't worth your time. I argued with my parents a lot over my appearance and the way I act. They think I'm too artsy and my sarcasm gets on their bad sides at times. My parents were against me having long hair (not even that long) because it doesn't look proper to them. But they've pretty much dropped that whole argument now since I'm too damn stubborn xD. It sounds like you're stubborn as well. lol

Well it's good they don't complain about it anymore. But I hope your sis can patch things up. That situation really sucks to be in.

Yeah and I'm glad that they were able to understand. I'm sure your parents will come along too. Mine only recently did last year xD. Don't worry I wouldn't of thought you were talking about girls. But(guy moment coming so bear with me) if you were that's hot in my book. xD Sorry I had to do it.

Well it's good that you're yourself first and foremost. You shouldn't have to change who you are for anyone, including your parents. I've had plenty of arguments with mine about this specific subject.

My parents actually had a problem with me dating a white girl at first. But over times their views changed a bit. It was dumb of them to be acceptable of pretty much every other race accept white people anyway. But thankfully they have a different outlook now. My dad personally told me that it doesn't matter what race a woman is who dates you. All that matters is that she cares about you.

Every culture has their bad qualities I guess. It sucks that your mom hovers over you like that though. That seems like a lot to live up to. There's the good and the bad but all in all, society is slowly but surely changing.

My parents don't care what race girls are that I date. Well, I'm not even a specific race so it makes sense xD. But it's good to hear your fighting the good fight.lol

That really sucks. I have other friends in situations just like that. I just don't understand it though. I haven't even known you that long and I know that you have a good head on your shoulders. You obviously aren't stupid, so you know what NOT to do. You're right that is really lame. Plus that means we can't go out now. lol
