I like answering questions but if I go on about lenses...lol let's just say you don't want to get me started
so I'll just sum it up with a website here: It pretty much says what's on my mind so take a look at that

No problem man.
Directing a group of people is fun. Here's the steps I take when doing so:
(lol serious steps this time xd )
1. I make a joke to get them to loosen up and relax. Usually I say, "ALRIGHT PEOPLE, LET'S TRY TO GET THIS PICTURE PERFECT FOR THE VANITY FAIR MAG, YES?
NO PRESSURE AT ALL NO PRESSURE EXCEPT TO REMAIN ABSOLUTELY STILL" Then they crack up and don't sit still which is what I kind of want them to do and they smile too so I capture that
moment of them laughing at my joke. Then they laugh harder realizing that I took their picture while they weren't "ready".
So I take a picture again and they start to pose everytime the flash goes off.
That's basically it really. That should be your # 1 priority- to make them as comfortable and happy as possible.
and the moments will come naturally and frequently... : ]

yea absolutely. Okay so here are my 3 main rules of taking great pics
1. Don't fυck up your shots
2. Don't rely too much on photoshop to make the photo all pretty pretty kawaii desu
3. Don't fυck up on your shots.

I'm just playin with you. Uhh basically all I can really tell you is to set your ISO's accordingly to the light outside or around the subject you're taking
a picture of. Make sure it's not too dark /bright. You also want to experiment with different angles when focussing on a subject. Most cases, angles can make a photograph
more visually interesting to look at. Make sure that if you're taking a picture of a person or a group of people to have them as comfortable and
relaxed as possible. Otherwise, their facial expressions and body language ruins the whole shot. Make sure to be prepared with your equipment.
uhhh... what else. Oh and the photoshop thing. Definitely play around with your pictures using photoshop. xd
It's good to adjust contrast levels, saturations, balance, lighting etc etc.
